Wellness Director

We are seeking a compassionate, hands-on clinical leader to serve as our next Wellness Director / Resident Care Director. In this impactful leadership role, you will guide our clinical team, support resident wellbeing, and help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for both residents and staff.
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse or experienced healthcare professional who thrives in senior living and is passionate about leading with empathy, accountability, and heart.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
• We also welcome candidates with strong clinical backgrounds, including Respiratory Therapists or other healthcare professionals with leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Passion for serving seniors and creating an outstanding resident experience
Position Summary:
As the Wellness Director, you will oversee the overall direction, coordination, and delivery of resident care services within our community. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the clinical team, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance, fostering meaningful employee and resident connections, and creating a true “1440 experience” — where every minute matters for our residents and team members alike.

General Working Conditions:
This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
