Position Summary: The Senior Regional Leader is responsible for overseeing operational excellence, financial performance, labor optimization, leadership development, and customer satisfaction across multiple markets. This position drives consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement to ensure regional success in alignment with organizational goals.

Required Experience for Regional:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of multi-site operational leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or senior services.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex operations.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.

Accountabilities:

  • Regional NOI (Net Operating Income) & Revenue: Maximize regional profitability by monitoring and optimizing income and expenses. Identify revenue-generating opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
  • Optimal Labor Management: Oversee workforce planning to ensure cost-effective staffing aligned with business needs. Monitor productivity and adjust labor utilization as necessary.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and support regional and community leaders to create high-performing teams. Identify and develop internal talent to promote growth and succession planning.
  • Leadership Training Execution Implement and track leadership development programs across the region. Assess training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Safety, Quality, and Compliance Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Champion quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Operational Audits and Excellence Conduct audits and reviews to evaluate performance, efficiency, and compliance. Lead initiatives that elevate operational standards and promote best practices.
  • Turnover Management Monitor retention trends and address root causes of employee turnover. Design and implement engagement strategies to improve retention.
  • Customer Satisfaction Ensure delivery of exceptional service across all communities. Use customer feedback to guide service improvements and maintain satisfaction levels.
  • SPG/Vendor Relationship Management Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and service partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Process Development and Alignment Standardize workflows and align regional practices with company-wide strategies. Lead management efforts to ensure the adoption of new processes.

This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
